Art, dance, music, management, health, hiking, archeology, psychology, meditation – seminars or workshops of all stripes can take place here. The seminar house includes the two apartment 2 + 3. A large (50m ⊃2;) and beautiful conference room with a parquet floor (floating installation) is at your disposal. From there you can get up a few steps into the open and equally large 50m ⊃2;, but circular stone place, with magnificent views of Phaistos, the mountains and the sea. For relaxation there is a little rock terrace overlooking the sea and the Psiloritis, the highest - often snow covered - mountain of Crete (2.490m).

For special evenings, it is during the cooler months possible to use the fireplace, oven and grill (except from June to September because of fire danger). Close to the house there are three parking places. The village with its tavernas, cafes and shops can be reached in 10 minutes walking distance. There are sleeping facilities for 4 to 10 persons (for groups with more than 10 persons accommodation in the village). The spacious kitchen can be used to cook for a larger group, a large olive wood table and a fireplace (if necessary) provide atmosphere.
